Area Sales Manager

£26000-£30000 + excellent commission

My client is a national company, well established in developing new products and technologies to ensure excellence in the heating and control of water, in addition to specialist heating products. They are looking for an Area Sales Manager to promote and sell their showering and water heating products throughout the West Midlands region.

Main duties include:

To maintain and grow the existing Showering & Water Heating business within the Electrical Wholesaler, Builders Merchant and Distributor sectors.

To identify and maximise opportunities working with Architects, Consulting Engineers, M&E Contractors, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Building Contractors.

To specify the company- branded showering and hot water products, managing the project through the specification, contractor, supplier and installation stages.

To deliver high quality service and plan promotional events to achieve individual and regional performance targets.

 

The successful applicant will have a clean driving licence, be results-driven, have good business acumen and excellent organisational skills.

In return, a good basic salary is enhanced by commission potential of £8-16000 per annum. Company car, laptop and mobile are provided and are supported by a pension scheme.
