Technical Skills:

·Proficient Drupal Website developer – this is not mandatory but it would definitely help

·Writing compliant CSS & HTML & Javascript

·Drupal module development a bonus

·And Drupal theming would be wonderful

Experience:

Must have built a reasonable number of sites in the past - if these are commercial sites even better. Knowledge of good SEO techniques would also be helpful

Education:

A good education will suffice. Good English (particularly spelling) and Maths are essential.

Applicants:

Must provide examples of previous work and be willing to show off some of their code and websites they have developed. They will also be set a series of easy (and fun) development tests as part of the interview process.
