I found Emily Ormerod (Recruitment Consultant at SER Ltd to be a delight to deal with, who made the whole experience of recruiting new staff a complete stress free experience.

Over the past few years I have used many agencies to fill job vacancies, for which I have to say were not pleasant experiences.

Emily has completely restored my faith in agencies. She totally took control and understood my requirements and managed to fill the positions that everyone else failed at. Having been told that there just wasn’t anybody available. Emily set to work on finding the correct people, for which she did.

I have to say the whole process from start to finish was made seamless by her, this is also backed up by my new members of staff who said she was extremely helpful and professional.

I cannot praise her hard work and attention to detail enough, and she would be a credit to any business.
