Elstat
Problem:
Elstat are the provider of energy efficient and energy saving electronic thermostats for drinks coolers and vending machines. As part of their planned growth they required International Sales Managers to ensure that sales growth was achieved in the targeted Asian market. The issue was that although Elstat have global presence it would be difficult to source and attract high calibre sales talent.
Requirement:
Sales Managers in Hong Kong and China and ideally for a beverage engineering sales background.
Approach:
After fully understanding the requirement, SER Ltd began to identify target companies that would hold similar positions. Through further research a short list of target companies was drawn up. Through proactive networking and the effective use of social media a further short list of potential candidates was gathered.
Process:
Once complete SER Ltd successfully carried out numerous executive search calls within the targeted Hong Kong and China regions aimed at approaching the listed candidates. Finally six strong candidates where presented to Elstat for consideration. Interviews where arranged accordingly
