Location -            London (within the M25)

Salary -                 28,000 - 30,000 Plus excellent package

My Client is a specialist within the Building Services and Hvac sector and provides full turnkey solution to a variety of clients within public and private sectors. Some of their clients include pharmaceutical companies.

Role

Due to their ever expanding team and gaining further contracts they are looking for a mechanical biased building services engineer to cover within side the M25 to join their organisation

Within this role you will be required to carry out all service, maintenance and breakdown work on mechanical equipment such as Pumps, ahus, valves, seals and various building services equipment as well

This will be a mobile role and you will required to work on a variety of client s primarily within a commercial environment within the M25, they also deal with some pharmaceutical companies so industrial knowledge would also be good

Requirements

To be considered for this position you will need to have the following

·         Good Mechanical Knowledge

·         Good Building Services Experience

·         Ideally to hold a nvq within Mechanical engineering

·         Full driving licence

Package

In return my client is offering a exceptional salary consisting of the following 28,000 - 30,000 basic, 20days holiday increasing within time served, call out 1-6 with £100 standby overtime paid at 1.5 and double time (readily available) Van and pension
