RAC & H&V Show February 2009
Due to their major focus on the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration industry, Solutions Engineering Recruitment Limited attended their first exhibition in February at the NEC in Birmingham.
The show was an excellent opportunity to meet excising and potential new customers to discuss the recruitment market and the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating industry in general.
With many of the industry leading manufacturers and distributors there, SER Limited where able to discuss industry views about recruit companies and their experiences of dealing with agencies.
The feedback on this subject was mixed to say the least. With major concerns relating to the quality of engineering personnel available and the increasing concern to what happens if the placement doesn’t work out. Why do recruitment agencies not offer long term rebate periods?
Overall a very positive experience that has lead to SER Limited changes a number of points within their terms of business in relation to rebate periods, cash returns, payment terms and reference procedures.
The whole event allowed SER Limited to interact with their market place directly and gain valuable insight into what their customers wanted service wise from a recruitment agency and recruitment consultants.
