Location: North East
£49,500 – £56,000 plus company car/car allowance, fuel card/mileage allowance, pension, life insurance, health insurance, mobile phone, laptop, eye care scheme, sick pay and 24 days holiday excluding statutory days
My clients specialise in the repair and maintenance on potable water systems. Employing over 150 staff across the UK they provide the highest quality work. Due to expansion they are looking for an experienced Framework Delivery Manager to join their growing and dynamic team.
Purpose of the role:
Reporting directly to the Delivery Director you will be responsible for the complete life-cycle delivery of framework programmes and one off projects allocated to the team.
Project Management on specific schemes.
You will also be overseeing a team of 8 direct reports.
To apply you MUST have or hold:
Commercial experience is essential for this role
Full UK driving licence
Demonstrable experience of leading a team
Have either a Construction or Civil Engineering background
Proficient in the use of MS Office
Experience of working within the Water industry
This position would suit a Contracts Manager who has had exposure to Business Development and someone who really wants to make a difference.
