Contract Engineer/ Project Manager

Position: Contracts/ Project Manager

Location: Covering National but commutable to West Yorkshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £50,000 to £55,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Contracts/ Project Manager to join a very well established and successful HVAC Company based in the UK.

This company sell and manager projects for bespoke hvac systems with a value of just a few thousand to multi million pound projects

This position will be dealing with multiple installation projects across the UK in relation to HVAC within Industrial and Commercial Sites

The role will involve

• Ensuring the delivery of projects is in line with the contract terms
• Responsibility for the programme of works (design, manufacture, supply and commissioning)
• Coordinating with multiple parties internal and external including manufacturing
• Management of sub contractors
• Responsible for none standard orders from the internal sales team
• Organising and chairing project meetings
• Working with the design team, making adjustments when needed
• Regular contact with clients , communicating progress
• Financial responsibility

Requirements

• Strong Project and Contract Management back ground
• Experience working on data centres or other critical projects
• Able to understand and change designs
• Must have experience in HVAC
• Engineering qualification
• Can be based anywhere in the UK but must be able to attend weekly meeting in Yorkshire
