Summary: As an Office Administrator Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Administration Manager & all areas of the office
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Booking service work
- Client updates - Emails and Portal
- Clients Booking/Re-booking
- Non-Conformance Report
- Engineer Liaison
- Diary Management
You must have or hold:
- 1/2 years experience in an administration role
- Experience within the Water Hygiene/Treatment sector - (Desirable)
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
- Attention to detail & organisation is a must
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Conversant with Word and Excel with general computer skills & filing skills are essential
