Position: Foot Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer
Location: London
Salary: From £35,000 to £36,000 plus oyster card
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a foot mobile position in the London area
This position will be covering a small number of sites that will include offices in and around central London using public transport
The role will involve dealing with basic plumbing, plant room maintenance, emergency lighting, water checks, air conditioning filter changing as well as other general maintenance
We do require this engineer to hold at least a minimum of a level 2 building services qualification (mechanical or electrical).
This is a foot mobile position so we do not require a full UK driving licence, however if you are looking for a mobile position please still apply as we do have a number of foot mobile roles
Requirements
- Strong working background as a building services engineer
- Holding a minimum of a level 2 building services qualification
- Happy to travel via public transport throughout London
- Must be able to do mechanical and electrical work
- Based In a commutable distance to central London
