The Role
Managing a team of service engineers, 15 in total
Scheduling of engineers diary's
P&L
Oversee operation of field service work with ongoing clients & issues
Speaking with customers regarding SLA’s
Visiting customers onsite UK wide
Dealing with all aspects of health & safety
Full training provided in Germany
Responsible for engaging engineers for optimal performance
Develop process to ensure maximum output & efficiency
Working with other departments to ensure smooth shipment of parts
The requirements
Previous Service manager experience or lead engineer that has had expose to service management
To have worked in a manufacturing industry related to service
To be a qualified engineer (preferable)
