Air Conditioning servicing, maintenance & installations engineer
M25 & Home Counties
£35-40k basic depending on experience and location
Overtime time & time ½ after 8 hours, flexible starting/finishing hours with no call out
An established company with over 30 years experience working within the HVAC industry that are primarily an Air Conditioning based company who have grown further into the industry over the years. Working on industrial, commercial and high end residential properties they have gained contracts with the NHS, Schools, sports grounds and coffee shop chains.
Working on referrals from their customers they are getting more projects and are now looking to grow their committed team to help continue the growth.
Accreditations from CHAS, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Panasonic and Gas safe registered they are one of the leading companies within the area.
The Role:
- The ideal candidate will have experience with air conditioning service, maintenance and installations
- Preferably based within the M25 circular or surrounding areas
- You will be expected to work on your own and in part of a team
- You will carry out planned maintenance work, reactive work, full diagnostics and repairs to AC systems, split systems, VRVs and VRFs
- Monday to Friday with no call out rota and flexible on start and finish time
Experience and Skills required:
- Proven experience with Daikin, Toshiba and Mitsubishi
- F-GAS
- Confident working alone
- Full UK driving licence (Happy to travel)
In return:
My client is willing to pay a competitive basic salary of between £35,000 to £40,000 depending on your location and experience, alongside overtime time ½.
They provide a company vehicle with a fuel card included. They give a lot of attention to their staff and regularly take on apprentices which allows potential for further career progression.
Flexible working hours to start and finish earlier if preferred and the site is open. Personal use of the vehicle is allowed providing you ask first and if long trips cover your own fuel.
