Position: Mobile Building Services Engineer
Location: Covering from Reading down to the South Coast
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £35,000 to £40,000 plus travel time and bonus
We are looking for an experienced mobile building services engineer for a full time permanent position covering Berkshire into Hampshire
This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance within commercial sites that include offices, schools, leisure etc
- Pumps/Motors
- AHU Plant & Extract Fans including filter checks & replacements
- Fan Coils- servicing and fault finding
- TMV temperature checks and annual clean
- General lighting checks
- Small electrical remedial works and upgrades
- Basic electrical fault finding
- BMS monitoring alarms, general operation/adjustments (Trend IQ Vision)
- Fire Damper activate/test
- Meter readings
- Tap temperatures
- Comms Room A/C- first look
Requirements
- Experienced commercial building services engineer
- Holding a level 2 building services qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Good plant room knowledge
