Position: Mobile M&E Engineer
Location: Covering London
Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 plus package
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position on the London area
This position will be covering a number of commercial sites within London. Dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of,
- Pipework Systems & Valves
- Pumps/Motors
- AHU Plant & Extract Fans including filter checks & replacements
- Fan Coils- servicing and fault finding
- TMV temperature checks and annual clean
- General lighting checks
- Small electrical remedial works and upgrades
- Basic electrical fault finding
- BMS monitoring alarms, general operation/adjustments (Trend IQ Vision)
- Meter readings
- Tap temperatures
- Comms Room A/C- first look
Requirements
- Strong working background in building services maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Holding a level two building services qualification
- Happy to travel into London
Package
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- Overtime available
