Position: Mobile Maintenance Engineer
Location: London
Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 with company van
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer to deal with the service, maintenance and breakdown of commercial sites throughout London
The right person or this position will already have a strong working background in building services maintenance. They need to be able to deal with water testing, plant room maintenance, emergency lighting, AHU maintenance, compliance as well as other maintenance duties.
We do require this engineer to hold a full UK driving licence and hold a level 2 building services qualification (mechanical or electrical)
Requirements
- Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in a commutable distance to London
- Good mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Holding a level 2 building services qualification
- Happy to work as part of a team and loan working
