Position: Project Manager
Location: Covering the South East including London
Duration: Permanent
Salary: from £45,000 to £50,000 plus car allowance or car and expenses
We are looking for an experienced Ventilation Installation Project Manager to cover multiple projects within the South East.
This position will be working for a very well established company that deals with major projects for companies like Tesco, Coop, Lloyds, Sainsburys and some food chains
The right person for this position will have experience in dealing with small and medium sized ventilation installation projects within commercial sites. They need to be able to read drawings, manage sub contractors, site manage and follow the jobs through to completion and sign off.
The projects are going to based in and around London with the opportunity to deal with projects in other areas of the UK when needed. This is a remote position, however there is a North London office that can be used as a base if needed.
Requirements
- Strong working background dealing with Installation Projects
- Must have completed Ventilation or Air Conditioning Installation Projects
- Experience with retail refurbishment projects would be an advantage
- Able to read drawings
- Good relationships with local sub contractors
- Happy to work remotely
- Full UK driving licence
