Commercial Gas Engineer
Stoke/Cheshire
Basic up to £40k depending on experience, Overtime (time 1/2 ) after 39 hours & Saturday, double time Sunday, Company vehicle, 25 days holidays + Bank hols & pension
My client is a well-established family run business for nearly 20 years. After working closely with their father, they discovered there was an opportunity for them in the industry to provide quality family based business and have since provided their vast experience to a range of services across the building services industry.
They deal with commercial installations, repairs, servicing, and maintenance at sites that include Schools, Hospitals, Council buildings and restaurants. Due to growth within the company, they are looking for commercial gas engineers to join their growing, loyal team to continue work from Merseyside to Staffordshire.
With their experience across the industry, they have set standards that has gained them accreditation from CHAS, OFTEC, Gas Safe and many more. This has allowed them to work on small and large projects from domestic boilers to public sector buildings.
The Role:
- The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial gas
- Must be based in Stoke/West Midlands and willing to travel
- You will be expected to work as a team and on your own
- You will carry out commercial PPM & reactive work
- 39-hour week with the on call rota 1 in 6
Experience and Skills required:
- Experience working within the gas industry
- Gas Safe registered
- Hold valid commercial gas qualifications
- Confident working alone or in a team
- Full UK driving licence

My client is willing to pay a competitive rate depending on your qualifications and experience, alongside overtime after 39 hours. They can offer weekly or monthly pay.

The on call rota is 1-6 with £150 per week when on & 3% pension contribution.
