Job Title: Operations Coordinator (Audio)
Based in: London
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (10:00 – 18:00)
Job Purpose Summary: To guarantee the smooth running of the operations department in collaboration with the sales team and department heads ensuring clients needs and expectations are met.
The Company:

As part of a world-renowned group, this is an audio rental company supplying high end audio equipment and engineers to some of the biggest global music tours, sporting and corporate events. Due to fast growth within the business, they are now looking for experienced audio engineers with a passion for what they do. Due to expansion, they are now looking for 3 Operations Coordinators to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for successfully seeing projects through from planning to completion.
- Provide resourceful solutions to endure clients’ expectations are met.
- Responsible for efficiently allocating equipment for projects.
- Source and negotiate prices on sub-hire equipment, managing the paperwork throughout the process.
- Maintaining communication between various teams to ensure that things are progressing in a timely manner.
- Source, negotiate and organise couriers, trucks, aire/sea freight and any other logistical moves including customs documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients and crew.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Project Management experience.
- Great knowledge of live sound audio systems.
- A solid understanding of what equipment is required to set up live sound reinforcement in all venue sizes.
- Experience working in live sound environments.
- Organised and logistical thought process with the ability to quickly come up with solutions.
