Operations Support Scheduler
Location: Berkshire
£20,000 - £26,000 plus pension and 25 days holiday excluding statutory days
I am working on behalf of one of the UKs leading Water Hygiene/Treatment Company. They offer cooling tower engineering and environmental solutions across the UK.
Due to growth, they are now looking for an experienced Operations Support Scheduler to work on a variety of different clients including market leaders in FM and London Borough Councils.
Purpose of the role:
Actively drive the Scheduling and Planning of the Engineers across the South Region to enable high productivity, with particular emphasis on Quality of Service through “right 1st time” principles.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Actively plan and schedule the day-to-day diaries of the Engineers across the South Region
- Co-ordinating the Engineers and other resources to provide the most effective use of cost and time utilising Big Change
- Liaising with clients and develop a customer focused approach
- Monitor and maintain all servicing records relating to individual jobs
- Compiling job sheets for invoicing
- Generating basic quotes for straight forward and low-level recommendations from Engineers i.e. TMV replacements, removal of dead legs, shower descales etc.
- The checking of all reports for accuracy and content
To apply you MUST have or hold:
- Experience organising multiple engineers’ diaries across various contracts for both small mechanical works & routine contractual visits
- Qualifications and/or experience in Legionella Control, Water Treatment, FM or within the M&E Sector
- Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Competency on SAP, Big Change or another similar multi-site scheduling programme
- Excellent time management skills
