Recruitment Consultants Required – All Levels (Training can be provided)

Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 5QR

£24,000 - £28,000 basic plus monthly performance bonus + commission + 25days holiday plus stats + pension + regular team events + free parking  + Staff welfare scheme

1 to 2 days home working available once fully trained

OTE year 1 @ £30,000 - £40,000 uncapped

OTE year 2 @ £35,000 - £45,000 uncapped

OTE year 3 @ £35,000 - £60,000 uncapped

We are a recruitment agency established over 17 years ago, specialising in Engineering, Manufacturing, Audio Visual and Events recruitment.  Due to planned growth, we are now looking to recruit a further 2 Recruitment Consultants to join our team of 23.

We are looking for experienced Consultants and Junior Consultants, simply put we are looking to speak to people who are or have:

• Previous business to business sales experience
• Hold outstanding communication skills
• Are driven to achieve
• Are self motivated and keen to be a high earner
• Able to multi task and make business happen
• Based within commutable distance to Blackburn
• Have successfully worked to goals and targets previously
• Be proactive in your approach to business
