Business Development Manager

Audio Visual
UK North (80% remote)

£65,000-£85,000 basic, OTE £120,000+

Car allowance, Commission Structure

I am working with a company that designs, develops and manufactures market leading interactive technology solutions for both corporate and education environments. Specialising in providing next generation interactive touch screens. From executive rooms, to huddle rooms to large team meeting rooms, the integrated media platform transforms business-as-usual into inspired teamwork with all the latest tools for collaboration.

The role:


  • Deliver sales against agreed targets into all vertical market sectors as desired by the business
  • Grow and develop strategic relationships all allocated accounts whilst identifying and focusing on the top producing or opportunity accounts within your allocated account set to drive business growth.
  • Manage sales opportunities to drive the required positive outcome all the way through the complex sales process and long sales cycle.
  • To foster and grow large scale, sustainable deployments in a customer facing role adopting a more consultative approach.

 

Responsibilities


  • Delivering targets for you and the wider sales team.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with and coverage of your reseller channel.
  • Complete regular management of our CRM.
  • To ensure that you have identified and managed all potential risks that may prevent us from exceeding our targets.
  • Liaise with your accounts and marketing team to ensure we are connected, prepared and professional with regards to all marketing matters.
  • Work closely with the rest of the global team to support shared objectives.
  • Professional representation at trade show and events including full demos and meetings. This may also include set up and break down.
  • UK driving license.
