AV Field Service Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + healthcare and benefits
Audio Visual (AV) Client:
My client supplies visual collaboration solutions mainly to the corporate market, as well as some public sector and retail clients, and, as is fitting for a company offering this they are all about team work!
My client offers AV and VC Solutions that make it simple for their clients to communicate with each other either from smart meeting rooms or out on the road. Due to growth, they are looking for a new Service Engineer to join their existing Global Services team to cover the South East.
Field Audio Visual (AV) Service Engineer Role:
The role will involve planned preventative maintenance visits as well as fault-finding calls and visits as required. For reactive visits the aim is to fault find and if possible, fix the fault or provide a temporary work around to minimise any downtime.
The role will involve working to and within set SLA’s, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You’ll need to good at communicating so you can explain technical faults and solutions to the client, the help desk team and where needed their inhouse experts in control systems, unified comms, digital displays, dsp’s and networking.
The work will be very varied and may require out of hours working and long days where required to meet tight deadlines. My client is excellent at providing training and future development for their employees.
Requirements for the role:
Experience in a similar role
Crestron, AMX, Extron fault-finding experience
Digital and Analogue audio and video signal knowledge
Package:
