Position - Contract Manager/Service Chemist
Location - Exeter / South West Region
Salary/Package - 25k - 30k / OTE - 45K/1st year (dependant on experience), Company Veh, Non contributory Pension - 10%, superb Commission structureClient
Established for near 25 years, a leader in the speciality chemical manufacturing industry, as a water and waste-water treatment company, my client supports a technical sales team throughout the UK and Ireland.
Having expanded programs that serve all manner of industrial applications, including Cooling Towers, Closed Loops & Chilled Water, Steam Boilers & Generators and Hot & Cold Water System.
We are now looking to recruit an experienced Contract Manager/Service Chemist to join a dynamic team. The ideal client will have experience in all of the below fields to include on-site test kit analysis, logbook management (mainly on-line portal) and general account management.
Customers range from large food plants to private run hotels and we provide the following services for them:
- Cooling Tower Monitoring & Management
- Steam Boiler Monitoring & Management
- Closed Loop Monitoring
- Sampling (including waste-water)
- Domestic Legionella Monitoring and Management
You will be given a portfolio of existing accounts that you will be solely accountable for.
Commission will be paid 7% on Invoice Value - (10k commission expected in year 1, but not capped!)
Once you have achieved the previous year target, Commission is paid 14% on Invoice value in year 2.
Phenomenal Incentives/Bonus schemeTo apply you must have or hold:
- Minimum 1/2 year experience in the Water Industry experience specifically testing.
- Full UK Licence
- Understand the concept of cooling towers, (if not steam boilers but not essential)
- Engaging and positive attitude in relation to customers
Ideally located in or around Cornwall, Devon & Somerset
