Position: Continental Shift Building Services Engineer
Location: Grays, Essex
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position based on a large static site in Grays.
This position will be dealing with a team of experienced mechanical and electrical engineers that are dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of Air Conditioning, plant rooms, pipe work, emergency lighting, water testing etc
We are looking for an experienced engineer who has a strong mechanical background. Able to deal with plant room maintenance, fan coil and ahu maintenance, plumbing and pipe work as well as other basic building services experiences.
Due to the nature of the site, we will be looking for this engineer to work a continental shift pattern which will be 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts
Requirements
- Strong working background in building services maintenance
- Good mechanical knowledge
- Based in a short commute to Gray
- Able to do rotating continental shifts
- Holding a level 2 building services qualification
- Good customer service skills
