Position: Building Services Fabric Technician
Location: Central London
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £35,000 to £37,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced commercial building services fabric technician to provide support to a prestigious building in central London
This very high end building is looking for someone who is able to deal with the cosmetics within the building that will including painting, basic carpentry, patch plastering, hanging shelves as well as some other small jobs that could include moving furniture
The right person for this position will be very well presented with a strong customer focused attitude. They need to be able to deal with the above duties in a discreet nature.
Due to the nature of this client, we will require this person to complete an enhanced DBS check which needs to be clear.
Requirements
- Strong working background in commercial fabric maintenance
- Able to deal with painting, carpentry, basic plumbing and general maintenance
- Focused on providing an excellent service
- Must be able to complete an enhanced DBS check
- Happy to travel into central London daily
- Experience working within high end environments
Package
- Excellent basic salary

- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Monday to Friday position
