Position: Junior Building Services Estimator
Location: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Hampshire (hybrid)
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £25,000 to £40,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for a Junior Level Estimator within the Commercial Building Services Industry
This position will be working for a very well established building services company dealing with planned and reactive maintenance for commercial sites across the South East.
This position will involve carrying out cost estimation and pricing and contract variations as well as completing and submitting proposal and tender returns within a team of experienced estimators and sales people.
We are looking for some one who already has some experience within building services estimating but still has room to grow and learn more.
We are happy to look at candidates that have a bias to either mechanical or electrical estimating
This is a remote based position; however we still prefer someone with a full UK driving licence
Requirements
- Some experience in building services estimating
- Some experience in creating tenders and proposals
- Good understanding of commercial maintenance requirements
- Good team player
- Willing to learn and grow with a company
- Must have experience in either mechanical or electrical estimating
