Position: Service Co-ordinator / Contract Administrator

Location: Hitchin

Duration: Permanent (office based)

Salary: From £26,000 to £32,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Service Co-ordinator/ Contract Administrator for a full time permanent position.

This position will be working for a very well established HVAC Company that deal with the planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC Systems throughout London and the Home Counties

This position will involve co-ordinating the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance work, managing the work load of the inhouse engineers and sub contactors. This position will also be supporting the Service Manager with the updating of contracts, organising materials, pro forma etc.

The right person for this position will already have a track record within this type of role. We do not need them technical, however we would like someone to have the ability to pick up technical jargon to support the engineers and clients. This is a very client focused position, so we do require this person to have excellent customer service skills and very good IT skills

Requirements


  • Strong working background as a service co-ordinator.
  • Experience in updating contracts information
  • Good at picking up new CRM systems
  • Must have experience in working for either HVAC, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing or Building services company
  • Flexible working attitude
  • Based in a short commute to Hitchin
  • Experience in dealing with engineers
  • Must be willing to do an office based position (no remote working)
