Live Event Role: Asset Management & Planning Director - EMEA
Location: UK/Europe
Salary: £100,000 - £120,000, 32 Days Holiday (including Bank holidays), 5% pension, Sick Pay, Perk Box, profit related bonus, Childcare Vouchers, paid time off for charitable work, lots of social events, TOIL and private health insurance!
Event Industry Europe, Middle East and Africa Director Role:
This is a wide ranging role with a large remit of responsibilities for the whole of EMEA asset management, procurement, warehousing, and supply chain operations. The main areas of responsibility are as follows:
Asset Management – working with the wider teams to review past asset performance and directing improvements where necessary, developing tools and processes to support operational excellence across the group and putting company wide standards in place.
Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations – leading strategic direction and increasing operational effectiveness of supply chain, order processing, QC and repair, warehouse processes and overall logistic processes.
Capital Budget Management – managing the annual budgeting processes to ensure company wide efficiency and working with the Group Operations Director on the groups’ overall capex strategy. Responsible for overall capital health of the organisation.
Leadership and Team Development – Helping to lead and develop team members, promoting work force development and training to support employee success and customer satisfaction.
Analysis and Reporting – This will form a key part of the role to ensure the above responsibilities are met as well as supporting the management teams analytical needs particularly in areas such as business performance, market opportunities and financial modelling. You’ll need to create and assess operational KPI’s and benchmarking to help manage and measure company performance.
Requirements for the commercial director role:

- Business Leadership experience
