Office Administrator (£16,000 - £22,000 plus company pension and up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays)
Monday – Friday : 09:00 – 17:30
Location: Surrey
I am working with a well-established Audio Visual integrator who have developed an excellent reputation for providing Audio Visual/IT solutions to a variety of clients across the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.
The role:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Administrator is responsible for the purchasing of resources and equipment along with general admin duties.
Key duties include:
- Raising purchase orders in line with ongoing projects
- Providing clear communication regarding the availability of stock, ensuring installations can be carried out on time and within timeframe
- Management of resources and office supplies
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage the procurement of new suppliers
- Administration support
- Deal with any inbound telephone enquiries
Essential Qualities and Skills:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in an Admin role
- Experience of raising Purchase Order
- Competent with MS Office
- Have the ability to work to deadlines
