Position: Air Conditioning Service Co-ordinator / Administrator
Location: Hitchin
Duration: Permanent (office based)
Salary: From £26,000 to £32,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Service Co-ordinator/ Contract Administrator for a full time permanent position.
This position will be working for a very well established Air Conditioning Company that deal with the planned and reactive maintenance of Air Conditioning Systems throughout London and the Home Counties
This position will involve co-ordinating the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance work, managing the work load of the inhouse engineers and sub contactors. This position will also be supporting the Service Manager with the updating of contracts, organising materials, pro forma etc.
The right person for this position will already have experience working for an Air Conditioning or HVAC Company. They will have coordinated engineers as well as dealing with suppliers, technical support and sub-contractors
Requirements
- Strong working background as a service co-ordinator.
- Experience in updating contracts information
- Good at picking up new CRM systems
- Must have experience in working for either HVAC or Air Conditioning
- Flexible working attitude
- Based in a short commute to Hitchin
- Experience in dealing with engineers
- Must be willing to do an office based position (no remote working)
