Internal Sales Coordinator

My client is a UK leading provider of Hydraulic Systems, power units and a distributor of components. With a proven track record of using quality brands and providing outstanding engineering services they are looking to now add to their Internal Sales Team. Due to growth, they are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their already experienced team.

Internal Sales Coordinator

Location: Wakefield

£26,000 - £32,000 (DOE), Monday – Friday only, 4% pension, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Collecting information from clients new and potential.
• Provide a first class service to all clients, internally and externally.
• Quote customers based on their needs.
• Converting quotes to orders and following through the sale.
• Ensure after sale care is provided.
• Chasing suppliers.
• Generate new sales via phone and email.
• Increase sales generation where possible.
• Placing orders correctly.

• Experience within a similar internal sales role.
• Be enthusiastic and well organised.
• Strong IT Skills.
• Driven and committed to learn.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Proven track record of sales with transferable skills.
• Fantastic attitude to be a success with a good eye for detail.
