Position - Compliance Administrator
Salary/Package - £22,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience, Working Pension, 24 days holiday excluding Banks - 32 in today.
Location / Working Hours - Preston - 8am - 5pm with an hour for lunch (with flexibility).
Client
My client specialise in all types of Health Sector projects, ranging from full ward refurbishments, change of use, general facilities and building maintenance.
Job Purpose
Input and maintain compliance information through the electronic systems provided. Handle incoming queries via telephone and email in a timely manner. Raise jobs and communicate them to relevant staff. Provide comprehensive office support and assistance as required. Follow verbal and written instruction.

Key Duties
- Provide support in monitoring and maintaining Planned Preventative Maintenance works
- Provide support and assistance in all areas of compliance to office and site staff
- Deal with incoming queries through to completion via email and telephone
- Monitor email inbox for urgent requests and action in a timely manner
- Record jobs on latest software and allocate to technicians promptly
- Communicate effectively to ensure highest level of service delivery
- Data inputting (certification, follow up work etc)
- File, retrieve and maintain office documents.

You must have or hold
- Full UK Licence - Travel maybe required to the alternative office, which is Blackburn based (Extremely Rare, if ever)
- 1/2 Experience in a similar or Administration position
- Computer literate - Especially Excel/Spreadsheets
We are looking for a conscientious, reliable person capable of working on their own and as part of a team. Progression through the company is possible, with in-depth experience of the role being an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided where required.
