Position: Mobile Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer
Location: Leeds
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £35,000 to £37,000 plus travel
We are looking for an experienced Electrical bias Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position covering the Yorkshire area
This position will be working for a large facilities company that deal with commercial maintenance across the UK
This regional engineer will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical plant, testing and signing off own works as well as a small amount of mechanical maintenance including water testing, plant room maintenance etc
The right person for this position will be based in a commutable distance to Leeds. They need to be holding 17th or 18th Edition and must have Test and Inspect. Any additional qualifications would be an advantage
Requirements
- Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
- 17th or 18th Edition
- Must be holding test and inspect
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in a commutable distance to Leeds
- Able to complete some mechanical building services maintenance
