Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £38,000 to £39,000 plus package

We are looking for a Lead Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position covering the Yorkshire area

This position will be working for a large facilities company that deal with commercial maintenance across the UK

This regional engineer will be taking a lead position dealing with site compliance and paperwork, engineering management, staff schedules as well as doing some planned and reactive maintenance.

The right person for this position will be based in a commutable distance to Leeds. They need to have experience in dealing with compliance, health and safety, man management, but also need to be holding a building services qualification and have experience in commercial building maintenance

It would be preferred that this engineer already has experience as a lead engineer, however we will also look at an engineer who is looking to take their next step

Requirements

• Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
• Minimum of a level 2 qualification (mechanical or electrical)
• Lead experience is preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in a commutable distance to Leeds
• Strong M&E Knowledge
• Strong health and safety knowledge
• Man management experience
• Happy to split a role between office based an on site maintenance
