Position: Air Conditioning bias Building Services Engineer
Location: West Midlands
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £35,000 to £38,000 plus travel time and bonus
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning bias Building Services Engineer for a mobile position covering the West Midlands
This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of Air Conditionings that will include splits, vrv’s, ahu’s as well as dealing with general building services maintenance including on site compliance, emergency lighting, water testing etc.
This is a mobile position so we do require a full UK driving licence and it is essential that this engineer holds their Fgas qualification
Requirements
- Strong background in Air Conditioning Maintenance
- Fgas 2079
- Experience in doing general building services maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in a commutable distance to Birmingham
- Happy to support the East Midlands engineers if ever needed
