Position: Air Conditioning Installation Assistant
Location: Chelmsford
Duration: Permanent
Salary: from £9.50 to £10.00 per hour plus package
We are looking to take on an Air Conditioning Installation Assistant to join a team of experienced engineers in the Chelmsford area.
This role will be assisting engineers on site, helping then install systems, site maintenance, organising materials etc
The right person for this position will already have experience working on a commercial or domestic site as an assistant. It would be an advantage if they have some experience in dealing with air conditioning, however; this is not essential.
Due to the nature of the position, we do require this person to hold a full UK driving licence, it would also be an advantage if they have any electrical or mechanical qualification and their CSCS card
Requirements
- Air Conditioning experience would be an advantage
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card would be a bonus
- Experience working as an on-site assistant or mate
- An interest in mechanical or electrical engineering would be an advantage
- Must be based in a short commute to Chelmsford
- Must be able to deal with heights
- Happy to do anything from moving equipment to climbing ladders
Package
- Basics salary based on a 40 hour week
- Over time paid after 40 hours
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
