Position: Static Electrical bias Lead Building Services Engineer
Location: Covent Garden area
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £43,000 to £45,000 plus package
We are looking for a Lead Electrical bias Building Services Engineer for a large static site based in Covent Garden
This engineer will be working within a small team dealing with electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance
The right person for this position will be holding 18th Edition with Test and Inspect, it would also be a bonus if they are holding any other building services qualifications
This lead position will involve making sure that the site is compliant as health and safety is run at a high standard. They will have their own technical site duties as well as managing any sub-contractors and supporting the on-site fabric technician
Requirement
- Strong working background in building services maintenance
- Experience in on site compliance and health and safety
- Must be very customer service focused
- Holding 18th or 17th Edition
- Must have Test & Inspect
- Experience in managing sub contractors
- Good mechanical knowledge
- Must be happy to do a tools position while being lead engineer
