My client is an access control manufacturer who are still in the relatively early stages of developing a UK presence. Although they have been established for several years within the UK they are still a growing business and are now looking for additional Area Sales Managers to join the team.

Area Sales Manager

West London

Up to £40,000 basic plus commission, company car, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, enhanced pension, phone and laptop.

Due to continued growth, my client is now in a position where they can recruit for additional Area Sales Managers to continue developing the brand in the UK and support the growth of the business. The role will involve building a network of installers and distributors to support growth. You will offer product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, generate projects from meetings and build your pipeline. This role is very geared towards new business and although you will be supporting by the marketing and internal sales team you will be expected to self-generate leads and conduct product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate will have;

• Previous experience in a field based sales roles.
• Experience selling access control/ door entry solutions is preferred however a background in the security industry or a technology based industry will be considered.
• New business sales experience is essential
• A true hunter mentality
