Position: Mobile Fabric Technician
Location: Covering the M25 and London
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £30,000 to £35,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Fabric Technician for a full time mobile position
This position will be working with a medium sized building services company that works with prestigious commercial clients throughout London
The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in building services maintenance. They will be able to deal with basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, legionella testing and annual compliance checks
This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence.
Requirements
- Strong background in commercial building maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- A level 2 building maintenance qualification would be a bonus but not essential
- Happy to travel into London
- Must be able to do weekly, monthly and annual compliance checks

- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
