Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Hours: 08:30-17:30

Overview
This is an exciting, fast paced and rewarding role working in the heart of our London Sales Office. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in generating business, upselling, and increasing profitability.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive and process all customer emails and answers inbound sales and service calls directly from prospect or existing customers with a polite, professional, and prompt manner.
- Utilise consultative approach to close quotes/orders recommending appropriate products and services to customers through customer needs analysis.
- Generate quotations and orders through in-house database, ensuring to capture information accurately and provide input as per company quality standards.
- Close sales utilising persuasion techniques when necessary and identifies upselling and cross selling opportunities.
- Process orders in a timely manner and create a new sales opportunity
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, understanding the customer requirement and identifying sales opportunities.
- Follow up and chase open quotes on the system in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain in-depth product knowledge in order to supply customers with the best, most accurate information possible.
- Behave in a respectful and professional manner to reinforce and elevate the business reputation and brand.
- Strong relationships with other departments, liaise with stakeholders, customers internal and external – own the conclusion.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly new business targets
- Proactively upselling any additional components and products
- Support our clients in transitioning to our online client portal and effectively conducting their business online.
- Your role will involve facilitating the onboarding process and providing assistance to clients in navigating the portal's features and functionalities.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Proven experience as sales advisor or telesales role
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach.
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to keep calm under pressure and build rapport with customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to establish credibility, act decisively, but able to recognise and support preferences and priorities of the customer.
- Proactive, high energy team player, ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident with technology with working knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Word and Excel
