My client is a well-established Mobile Elevating Work Platform manufacturer and one of the largest in Europe which supplies worldwide, to continue this they are looking for Project Engineer to join their team. Due to continued growth and work load they are looking for a Project Engineer to join them and help continue this exciting growth period. Supplying over 40 companies world wide and with over 400 employees across the UK they really are a fantastic place to work and professionally develop.
Title – Project Engineer
Location – Milton Keynes
Salary - £32,000 - £37,500 plus additional package, including 25 days holiday, healthcare scheme, 5% pension contribution, Annual bonus, cycle to work scheme, free family events, free company lunches and more.Working Monday – Friday (0800 - 1630)
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Work closely with production & design engineers to establish and document machine assembly sequences.
- Create and maintain the Manufacturing Bill of Materials for prototype machine builds.
- Review CAD assembly models and engineering Bill of Materials.
- Support Project Manager and Lead Engineers within projects.
- Update project specific tracking documents.
- Determine priorities on individual projects and ensure prototypes are built before deadlines.
- Attend regular stakeholder meetings to ensure projects are complete within agreed deadlines.
To apply you MUST have or hold:
- Have experience working within a project environment or managing product production.
- Strong engineering knowledge – HND/Engineering degree within relevant sector (Production, manufacturing, electrical, mechanical engineering).
- Strong communication skills – both verbal & written.
- Good IT skills.
- Able to read engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible with work.
- Good organisational skills.
