Position: Air Conditioning Service Manager

Location: Hitchin

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £45,000 to £52,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Manager for a full time position for a very well established Air Conditioning Company

Due to promotion we are looking for a new Service Manager who is able to run an existing team of 15 Engineers ranging from trainee to supervisor, as well as growing the team up to 20 engineers

This company deal with the service, maintenance and breakdown of air conditioning plant throughout the North of London and Central London

They require a Technical Air Conditioning Service Manager who is able to provide support to the engineers and clients, managing existing contracts, dealing with sub contractors and suppliers, small quotations etc

The right person for this role will have a technical air conditioning background. They need to already have experience in managing a team of air conditioning engineers and be very customer focused.

This is an office based position; however will be required to attend site

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of Air Conditioning Systems
• Based in a commutable distance to Hitchin.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Holding air conditioning qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential.
• Must have experience doing air conditioning service management.
• Ability to read drawings.
• Experience in dealing with small quotations, suppliers and sub contractors
