We are a well established MSP with a strong background in Voice, VOIP, IT and Data. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer support and strong customer retention.
There is now a requirement for an additional Field Engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will develop and become competent in the supporting of all the company’s products.
Field Engineer
M8 Corridor
£32,000-£38,000
£400 per month car allowance OR company vehicle
Door to Door Travel paid.
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Saturday’s and evenings paid Time and a half, Sundays and bank holidays double time.
About the Role
The successful applicant must have experience supporting VoIP telephone systems.The role entails supporting clients on a variety of Hosted platforms including 3CX & Horizon, NEC and Unify amongst others.
Excellent communication skills and a professional approach are vital as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. You will have a good understanding of customer networks, VOIP, wi-fi, etc.
The successful candidate will be required to travel from home to customer sites across the M8 Corridor.
Requirements - Must Have:
- Experience supporting Hosted Telephony
- An appetite for progression and training provided both inhouse, and by suppliers
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an understanding of how to deliver outstanding customer service to their clients
- Enthusiasm and a helpful, personable, and approachable attitude
- A desire to learn, grow and progress!
Requirements - Preferred but not essential:
- Experience with the 3CX-hosted Platform
- Experience with Gamma voice products including both Horizon and SIP
- Experience with general VoIP/SIP concepts
- Experience with Wi-Fi solutions
- Experience with WLR platforms
- Experience with Switches, Routers and Networks
