Project Manager

We are an independent home automation, AV and security installation company based in North London who design, supply, install and maintain for high end residential and commercial clients. We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team managing projects on the security side of the business.

Up to £50,000 basic plus benefits

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing large commercial security projects across London and the Home Counties areas. The projects will range from £5,000 up to £1million and will include CCTV, access control, door entry and intruder systems. You will be responsible for a small team of engineers as well as sub-contractors and will be overseeing multiple projects at any one time. As we are a small business you may be required to be more ‘hands on’ as and when required but as the Project Manager your main duties will be to ensure the smooth competion of the projects and ensure they are completed within budget and on time.

The ideal will have;

• At least two years Project Management experience within the security industry
• Good technical knowledge of security systems, ideally with the following; Hikvision, Axis, Paxton, BPT and 2N.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to discuss with the clients their requirements.
• Experience managing larger commercial projects.
• The flexibility to travel regularly into London and the Home Counties areas.
• Excellent communication skills to motive and manage the team effectively.
