Position: Contracts Manager
Location: North West England of West Yorkshire
Salary: From £45,000 to £50,000 subject to experience level
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in commercial building services maintenance.
This position will be working for a very well established building services company that deals with the planned and reactive maintenance within offices, retail establishments, schools etc.
The right person for this position will already have a technical background in building services maintenance. They will to have had an electrical or mechanical background in commercial maintenance, moving their way into management positions.
This contract manager will be running a team of M&E Engineers which will include air conditioning, heating, electrical etc. They will be required to organise engineer’s rota’s, attend client meetings, assist technically etc
Requirements
- Strong technical background in building services maintenance
- Contract Management experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in either the North West or West Yorkshire
- Happy to travel across the regions.
- Able to provide a hands on technical support to engineers
- Experience in profit and loss
- Strong Health and Safety knowledge
