Position - Technical Services Engineer (LRA)
Location – Cumbernauld, Central Belt or 30-mile radios
Salary / Package -25k - 30k, (more for the idea candidate) Company Estate Car (personal use), Float for fuel (£250) a month, but you will be in pocket, Laptop/Phone - both can be used for personal use, 3.5% pension - 7% contribution from Employer, 25 days holiday excluding Banks.

A specialist consultancy service specialists in the monitoring and management of air and water quality in the industrial, commercial, educational, healthcare, and offshore sectors.
Providing independent Water Safety Risk Assessments and on-going Control Scheme and System Condition Audit, Documentation and Management consultancy services.
*We will accept graduates with an Engineering background*
Responsibilities
- Water Quality Compliance Audits and Risk assessments (Legionella etc.)
- Water Quality Sampling
- Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Testing
Main Job Activities:
- Responsible for carrying out risk assessments on water distribution systems within a range of buildings, devising and implementing control measures.
- To schedule and perform site visits and carry out inspection testing and sampling.
- Liaison with clients, client's, contractors, and other representatives.
- To write detailed reports from laboratory results, measurements recorded from on-site testing and visual inspections.
- The preparation of reports and the drawing of plans and diagrams relating to reporting.
- The presentation of reports to clients, either individually or in group sessions.
- The provision of advice to clients, both verbally and in writing where applicable.
- To ensure that I am conversant with all current authoritative publications and relevant legislation relating to my client base.
- Ensuring that site activities are properly implemented and completed on time and within budget in line with the QMS.
You must have or hold/Desirable:
- HND in Engineering
- C&G BS4, C&G WH004 OR WMsoc
- Or 5 years’ experience within the Water Hygiene/Treatment industry
- Must hold a Full UK driving licence.
- Must be able to pass an Advance DBS Check, due to contracts.
Progression through the company is possible, with in-depth experience of the role being an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided where required.
