Position: Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer
Location: East Midlands
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £35,000 to £38,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a mobile position covering the East Midlands
This position will be working with a medium sized building services company that deals with the planned and reactive maintenance within commercial sites across the country.
This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance and compliance of Emergency Lighting, Fan coils, Ahu’s, Plant Rooms, Alarm Systems, Hot and Cold Water, L8 as well as other general maintenance.
This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence.
Requirements
- Strong working background in Commercial Building Maintenance
- Full UK driving licence.
- Holding a minimum of a level 2 in building services maintenance
- 18th Edition and Test & Inspect would be an advantage.
- Based within the East Midlands
- Happy to support the West Midlands if needed.
- Willing to join the on call team.
