Estimator
Fire and Security
West Midlands
£35,000 - £45,000 DOE.
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

We are a well-established company that has been going for over 27 years and currently sit in the top 3 independent companies in the country. We are a large, fully independent fire and security company, who specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of cohesive fire and security systems.
The role involves managing the design and estimation process for both installation and maintenance contracts. You will be managing the completion of tenders and quotations for Fire and Security systems and planning, coordination, execution, and management of the estimation process.
The role/responsibilities:
- Maintaining and expanding client relationships.
- Analysis and development of the estimation process and procedures.
- To effectively manage the estimation process from start to finish.
- Price and complete quotations in line with customer requirements, including drawings.
- Review and evaluation of completed tenders and quotations.
Skills & Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience and understanding of fire and security systems.
- Experience in design.
- Full UK Driving licence.
- Strong interpersonal and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills – written and spoken.
