Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Surrey
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £45,000 to £60,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a busy and well established building services company based in Surrey
This company deals with commercial building services maintenance across the South East and London
We are looking for an experienced business development manager who has a strong working background in service sales within facilities manager. We need this person to be able to deal with all areas that will include M&E Maintenance, Commercial Heating, Electrical Maintenance and Air Conditioning.
The right person for this position will have already got leads into the industry, preferably with an existing portfolio of approachable leads.
This position will involve being in the office for one day a week, the rest of the time can be done remotely.
Requirements
- Strong business development background
- Must have experience in service sales
- Must also be experienced in the facilities maintenance industry
- Full UK driving licence is preferred
- Must be able to commute to the office one day a week
- Preferably holding a portfolio of existing leads
Package
- Basic salary will be subject to experience level
