Ledbury
Monday – Friday (8:30 – 17:00)

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of continuous improvements within a factory setup and will be able to provide guidance to experienced and non-experienced staff. Below will give you an idea of the requirements for this role:
Responsibilities include:
- Effective supervision of a team of 20 staff both Warehouse and waste handling operations, ensuring that all staff have the skills and qualifications necessary to complete their roles to a high and safe standard.
- To manage the onsite warehouse facility, ensuring that an excellent service is provided on a continuous basis to both internal departments and external customers.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness as part of the standard procedure in the warehouse.
- Ensure stock accuracy including regular stock checks.
- Identifying new opportunities or improvements to the warehouse operation.
- Analyse data and produce reports.
- Monitor absence and manning levels.
- Support warehouse team leaders and administrators
- Liaise with other departments on issues that affect the warehouse.
Essential:
- Business Administration or Management qualifications are desirable.
- Willingness to study further if required by the business.
- The required experience as a minimum
- Current certificates for the operation of VNAs, ride-on and FLT. If you have none of the following, then you must be dedicated to achieving these.
- Experience in SAP systems or equivalent
- Track record within a Warehouse/Transport environment
